DoFollow - The Reason To Comment In My Blog
Today I decided to convert my blog to DOFOLLOW friendly.
What does DOFOLLOW friendly mean?
Now, when you write a comment, your link will be follow by search engines, and you can improve your inbound link to your website or blog and increasing your pagerank.

You’re absolutely right about the dofollow thing
I’ve read an online article stating that using the rel=”nofollow” attribute does not actually reduce comment spam in one way or another… and it kind of discourages commenting as well. When it comes to dealing with comment spam, I’ll stick to Spam Karma and Akismet 
they’re better!

Welcome to the DoFollow blog movement.
I have a couple of suggestions.
1. Let people know you are dofollow by posting the IFollow graphic on your blog. Notice the graphic in the upper right http://followlist.com/blog
You can get the graphic at http://randaclay.com/blog/i-follow/
2. Use a good spam plugin like Spam Karma to filter out most spam.
3. Add your dofollow blog to the dofollow blog directory.

Excellent choice
Just becareful of spam comments. When I originally set my blog to dofollow, I constantly got spammy messages until I had to take it off.
Hopefully this doesn’t happen to you though.

Thanks for the plugin link. I am thinking of moving my blog to a dofollow blog but couldn’t find a good plugin to use. It’s good to see more people moving towards dofollow blogs as they attract more people and encourage better commenting.

i have the plugin for dofollow installed on my site…. i will only dofollow relevant sites for the protection of my commentors… cause if their site is not relevant it could be construed as spamming by search engines

These list are all great resources if they are related to your business. As a manufacturer we can not find any Do Follow blogs available. We have one of the few blogs in our industry.
